Cauliflower Bites

Method

Cauliflower Bites Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure it is hot enough for crispy cauliflower.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. 4

    Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is completely coated.

  5. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle vegetable oil over the cauliflower.

  6. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

  7. 7

    Toss in Buffalo Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.

Ranch Dressing Preparation

  1. 8

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. 9

    Chill the Dressing

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 10

    Serve

Serve the crispy buffalo cauliflower bites warm with the chilled ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
