Wings and Marinade

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Apply Dry Rub

Add your choice of dry rub (Harissa, Old Bay, or Lemon Pepper) to the wings and toss again to coat evenly.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Roast the Wings

Roast the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  6. 6

    Prepare Baby Carrots

While the wings are roasting, rinse and prepare the baby carrots. You can serve them raw or lightly steamed.

  7. 7

    Toss in Sauce

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of sauce (Naked, Mild, Medium, Hot, Jerk, BBQ).

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with baby carrots on the side.
