Ham Brisket Sandwich

Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the ham brisket into thin slices. Cook the jalapeno bacon until crispy and set aside. Slice the tomato and wash the lettuce.

Toast the Buns
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pretzel brioche buns on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer the sliced ham brisket, followed by the crispy jalapeno bacon, and then the white cheddar cheese. Drizzle with ham glaze and top with lettuce and tomato slices.

Complete the Sandwich
Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich. Serve with a side of beer mustard for dipping.
