Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

Marinate the Angus London Broil in your favorite marinade for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated flank steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Veggies

While the steak is grilling, prepare the pickled carrots and daikon radish. If not pre-pickled, you can soak them in a mixture of vinegar, sugar, and salt for about 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Toast the Brioche Rolls

Slice the brioche rolls in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Bahn Mi

Spread a generous amount of Cajun mayo on the inside of each toasted brioche roll. Layer with sliced flank steak, Brie cheese, pickled veggies, and fresh cilantro.

  6. 6

    Serve with Kogi Broth

Serve the Bahn Mi with a side of Kogi broth for dipping. Enjoy!
