Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground Duroc pork with house seasoning. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the pork patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

Place a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, followed by the pork patty with melted cheese, pineapple chutney, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the double-decker Hawaiian burgers immediately with your favorite sides.
