Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  4. 4

    Sear the Pork

Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Sear the pork in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. 5

    Roast the Pork

Transfer the skillet with the pork to the preheated oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
