Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the Horseradish Cilantro Cream Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, horseradish, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Tenderloin

Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tenderloin and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time as per your preference.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Banana

Slice the banana in half lengthwise. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed, and cook the banana slices cut side down for about 2 minutes until golden and caramelized.

  4. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

In a separate pot, boil or steam the mixed vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On each plate, place a generous scoop of mashed potatoes. Top with the seared tenderloin, then add the caramelized banana on top. Drizzle the horseradish cilantro cream sauce around the plate and serve with mixed vegetables on the side.
