Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Add butter and minced garlic to the potatoes, then mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribeye Steak

Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  3. 3

Prepare the Shrimp and Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, add shrimp and sauté until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Add chipotle powder, lime juice, and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a separate pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Slice the avocado. On each plate, place a serving of garlic mashed potatoes, top with ribeye steak, spoon the shrimp and cream sauce over the steak, and add sautéed vegetables on the side. Garnish with avocado slices.
