  1. 1

    Prepare the Pimento Cheese Spread

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Mix Well

Using a hand mixer or spatula, mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper if needed.

  3. 3

    Chill the Cheese Spread

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the pimento cheese spread for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Pretzel Bites

While the cheese spread chills, preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the pretzel bites. If they are homemade, prepare them as per your recipe.

  5. 5

    Baking Pretzel Bites

Place the pretzel bites on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top. Bake according to the package instructions until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve Together

Once the pretzel bites are done baking and the cheese spread has chilled, serve the pimento cheese spread in a bowl alongside warm pretzel bites for dipping.
