Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare Cold Brew Coffee

In a large container, combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water at a ratio of 1:4. Stir well and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

  2. 2

    Strain Cold Brew

After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the coffee grounds. You should have a smooth cold brew ready for use.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a shaker or mixing glass, add 4 cups of cold brew coffee, 2 oz of Licor 43, and 1 tbsp of demerara sugar. Stir or shake well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. 4

    Serve

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cold brew mixture over the ice. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest for added flavor.
