Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with yuzu salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into the yuzu salt.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Don Julio Blanco, 400 Conejos Mezcal, clarified lime juice, agave syrup, and honey.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.

Garnish
Sprinkle a pinch of black lime dust over the top of the drink for garnish.
