Mixing Instructions

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Choose Your Base Spirit

Select either Vodka or Gin as the base for your Martini. For a Dirty Martini, choose Vodka; for a Perfect Martini, choose Gin.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Garnishes

Depending on your preference, prepare the garnishes: 3 olives for a Dirty Martini, a lemon twist for a classic touch, or a cocktail onion for a Gibson. Optionally, include a cucumber slice for a refreshing twist.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with 1 cup of ice cubes to chill the drink.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Pour 2 oz of your chosen base spirit (Vodka or Gin) into the shaker or mixing glass. If making a Dirty Martini, add 0.5 oz of olive brine; for a Perfect Martini, add 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.

  2. 5

    Shake or Stir

If you prefer a shaken Martini, cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. For a stirred Martini, gently stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until chilled.

Serving

  1. 6

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Add your preferred garnish (olives, lemon twist, cocktail onion, or cucumber slice) on top or on a skewer.

  2. 7

    Enjoy Your Martini
