Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Rosemary Potatoes

Wash and chop the rosemary potatoes into small cubes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary. Ensure they are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Cooking the Main Ingredients

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the applewood smoked bacon. Cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 4

    Cook the Sausages

In the same skillet, add the pork sausage links or chicken apple sausage. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. 5

    Cook the Eggs

Crack the cage-free eggs into the skillet, keeping the heat on medium-low. Cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, serve the crispy bacon, cooked sausage, and eggs alongside a generous portion of roasted rosemary potatoes. Toast the slices of Broadmoor Bakery toast until golden and serve on the side.
