Coffee Preparation
Brew the Coffee
Brew 1 cup of your favorite coffee using your preferred method. Ensure it is hot and fresh.
Add Coffee Liqueur
Once brewed, add 1 oz of coffee liqueur to the hot coffee. Stir gently to combine.
Combine Alcoholic Ingredients
Mix in Spirits
Add 1 oz of Spanish brandy and 0.5 oz of Grand Marnier to the coffee mixture. Stir until well combined.
Prepare the Topping
Whip the Cream (Optional)
If desired, whip 2 tablespoons of heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks. You may add sugar to taste during whipping.
Top the Coffee
Spoon or pour the whipped cream over the coffee mixture, creating a beautiful layer on top.
Serving
Serve Immediately
Serve the Spanish coffee hot, garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
