Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).

  3. 3

    Add the Cheese

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the aged white cheddar, fontina, and gruyère cheeses until fully melted and smooth. Season the cheese sauce with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Lobster

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and lobster, mixing well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Evenly sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs over the top.

  6. 6

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
