Prepare the Roasted Tomatoes
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). In a baking dish, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out evenly and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are blistered and soft.

Make the Egg Mixture
In a skillet over medium heat, add the roasted tomatoes along with Calabrese chili flakes. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Garnish
Remove from heat and sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top. Season with additional salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare the Potatoes
While the tomatoes are roasting, wash and cut the small potatoes into halves or quarters depending on their size.

Season the Potatoes
In a bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
