Method

Prepare the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until wings are well coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, hot sauce, and minced garlic. Stir until well mixed.

  2. 5

    Simmer the Sauce

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it slightly thickens.

Bake the Wings

  1. 6

    Bake

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through. They should be golden brown and crispy.

Finish and Serve

  1. 7

    Toss with Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot honey sauce until well coated.

  2. 8

    Prepare Vegetables

While the wings are baking, prepare celery sticks and cut the carrots into sticks for serving.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve the hot wings with celery and carrot sticks on the side for dipping.
