Chocolate Molten Cake

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until pale and thick. Gradually pour in the melted chocolate mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.

Combine Dry Ingredients
Sift the all-purpose flour and salt into the chocolate mixture. Add the vanilla extract and gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool for 1 minute. Invert each ramekin onto a plate and serve immediately.

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and salt until crumbly.

Bake Crumble
Spread the crumble mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool.
Fresh Berries

Prepare Berries
Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries in half if they are large.
Hazelnut Ice Cream

Serve Ice Cream
Scoop hazelnut ice cream into bowls or directly on top of the molten cake before serving.
