Roast the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil with a drizzle of olive oil. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until soft and caramelized. Once done, allow to cool slightly, then squeeze the garlic out of the skins and set aside.

Char the Broccolini
In a large skillet or grill pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the broccolini is charred and tender.

Combine Ingredients
Once the broccolini is charred, remove from heat. Add the roasted garlic and lemon juice to the pan with the broccolini, tossing gently to combine. Grate the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese over the top.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Transfer the charred broccolini to a serving platter. Add more grated Parmigiano-Reggiano on top if desired and serve warm.
