Aperol Spritz Directions

Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass or large glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Gently add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass, pouring it slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water to the mixture, adjusting to taste for desired fizz.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange, placing it on the rim or floating it in the drink.

Stir gently to combine the ingredients and serve immediately while cold.
