Method
Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Brew the Coffee
Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Mix the Coffee Mixture
In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee, coffee liqueur, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Prepare the Cream Mixture

Whisk the Egg Yolks
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.

Add Mascarpone
Fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth and fully combined.

Whip the Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Combine Creams
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well blended and fluffy.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they're soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Tiramisu
In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.

Repeat Layers
Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
