Breaded Steak

Method

Preparation of Breaded Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Bread the Steak

Dredge each piece of steak in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Fry the Steak

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded steak pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Pizza Assembly

  1. 5

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. 6

    Roll Out Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.

  3. 7

    Add Sauce and Cheese

Spread the homemade tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

  4. 8

    Add Breaded Steak

Evenly distribute the fried breaded steak pieces over the cheese.

  5. 9

    Add Toppings

Top the pizza with sliced sweet peppers, giardiniera, and jalapenos.

  6. 10

    Bake the Pizza

Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  7. 11

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
