Method

Prepare Ribs

  1. 1

    Season the Ribs

Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the pork ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes, until tender and fully cooked.

Prepare Chicken

  1. 3

    Season the Chicken

While the ribs are cooking, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 4

    Cook the Chicken

Grill or pan-sear the chicken breasts over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Prepare Sides

  1. 5

    Prepare Fries or Baked Potatoes

If making fresh-cut fries, fry them in oil until golden brown. For baked potatoes, wrap them in foil and bake for about 45 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Serve with butter and sour cream.

  2. 6

    Make Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and coleslaw dressing. Toss until well combined and let chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  3. 7

    Prepare Bread

Toast the bread slices lightly if desired, then serve alongside the meal.
