Prepare the Rib Tips
In a large bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub this spice mixture all over the pork rib tips.

Add Barbecue Sauce
In the last 10 minutes of cooking, brush the barbecue sauce generously over the rib tips to caramelize.
Fresh-Cut Fries Preparation

Prep the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips for fries.

Fry the Potatoes
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the potato strips in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Season the Fries
Remove fries from oil and drain on paper towels. While hot, sprinkle with salt.
Slaw Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Thinly slice the cabbage and grate the carrots. Place them in a large bowl.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Combine and Chill
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss well to coat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with Toppings
Cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff with a fork. Serve with butter and sour cream on the side.

Arrange the rib tips on a plate alongside a portion of fresh-cut fries or a baked potato. Add a side of slaw and a dinner roll.
