Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Pat the half slab of ribs dry with paper towels, then season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil to keep them moist.

Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

Prepare the Fresh-Cut Fries
While the ribs are baking, wash and cut the potatoes into fry shapes.

Place them directly on the oven rack (or on a baking sheet) and bake for 45-60 minutes, until tender.

Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with the coleslaw dressing. Toss well to coat.

Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Prepare the Bread
Warm the bread rolls in the oven for the last 10 minutes of baking time for the ribs.
