Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's ready for baking.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Baking Dish

Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners or grease it lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Mixing the Ingredients

  1. 3

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, sift together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of salt until well mixed.

  2. 4

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until fully combined.

  3. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  4. 6

    Add Optional Ingredients

If desired, fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips and/or 1 cup of chopped nuts until evenly distributed in the batter.

Baking

  1. 7

    Fill the Muffin Pan

Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the brownie batter.

  2. 8

    Bake

Place the mini muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  3. 9

    Cool

Remove the brownie bites from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
