Preheat the Broiler
Set your oven's broiler to high heat. Allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture evenly.

Slice the Vegetables
Thinly slice the onion and tomato. Wash and tear the lettuce into smaller pieces.

Broil the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on a broiler-safe pan and put them under the broiler. Broil for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.

Once the chicken is cooked, place it on a plate. Top with sliced onions, tomatoes, and a generous dollop of mayonnaise. Serve with a side of fresh lettuce.
