1. Prepare the Base

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.

In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic cloves. Pulse until finely chopped.

3. Add Olive Oil

With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
