Energy Bar Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cocoa powder, pumpkin seeds, oats, chia seeds, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Add Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

  3. 3

    Form the Bars

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish, pressing it firmly into an even layer.

  4. 4

    Chill and Set

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow it to set. Once set, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into desired sizes.

  5. 5

    Store

Store the energy bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
