Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Season the organic grass-fed beef patties with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of aged cheddar on each patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the milk burger buns lightly. Spread beet chutney on the bottom bun, add the patty with melted cheese, top with pickled onions, and place the top bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Cut them into thin fry shapes.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
