Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patties

In a bowl, combine the grass-fed beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of aged cheddar on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the milk buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
