Method
Prepare the Dough
- 1
Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center, and add the eggs and water. Gradually mix the flour into the wet ingredients until a dough begins to form.
- 2
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
- 3
Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Assemble the Rav
- 4
Roll the Dough
After the dough has rested, divide it into four pieces. Roll each piece out thinly using a pasta machine or rolling pin.
- 5
Cut the Dough
Using a knife or cutter, cut the rolled dough into squares, about 3x3 inches.
- 6
Fill the Dough
Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form a triangle and press the edges to seal. Ensure there are no air pockets.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 8
Coat the Rav
