Method

Prepare the Seafood

    Clean the Shrimp and Scallops

    Rinse the shrimp and scallops under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

    Season the Seafood

    In a bowl, season the shrimp and scallops with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

    Cook the Spaghetti

    Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables and Seafood

    Chop the Vegetables

    Dice the tomatoes, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.

    Heat Oil

    In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

    Sauté Onions and Garlic

    Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.

    Add Tomatoes and Olives

    Stir in the diced tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Cook for another 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

    Cook the Seafood

    Add the seasoned shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque.

Combine and Serve

    Toss with Spaghetti

    Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

    Serve

    Serve hot with a side of house salad, Caesar salad, or soup.
