Preparation Directions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
- 2
Prepare the Pizza Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Spread the Artichoke Dip
Evenly spread the artichoke dip over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
Add the Vegetables
Chop the roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes in half. Slice the red onion thinly. Scatter the roasted red peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion over the artichoke dip.
- 5
Add the Olives and Cheese
Pit and slice the Kalamata olives, then sprinkle them over the pizza. Crumble the feta cheese and distribute it evenly. Grate the mozzarella and provolone cheese, then sprinkle them generously on top.
- 6
Season the Pizza
Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- 7
Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- 8
Cool and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy your Mediterranean pizza!
