Crust Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F) to ensure a crispy crust.

Prepare the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Make sure it’s even in thickness.

Transfer the Dough
Lightly oil a pizza stone or baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared surface.

Mix the Oils
In a small bowl, combine the truffle oil and garlic oil. Mix well.

Spread the Sauce
Using a spoon, spread the oil mixture evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Topping the Pizza

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the button and portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them thinly.

Add the Mushrooms
Distribute the sliced mushrooms evenly over the pizza, covering the oil mixture completely.

Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly over the mushrooms.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cheese to enhance the flavor.
Baking and Finishing

Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing.
