Method

Tilapia Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spice Mix

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Season the Tilapia

Rub the tilapia fillets with olive oil and then sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of each fillet.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Tilapia

Place the seasoned tilapia fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Vegetables Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the mixed seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, serve a portion of grilled tilapia alongside a generous serving of sautéed vegetables.

  2. 8

    Add Salad or Soup

Add a serving of your choice of house salad, Caesar salad, or soup to each plate.
