Prepare Salad

Wash and Dry Spinach
Thoroughly wash 4 cups of fresh spinach under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Slice Strawberries
Remove the stems from 1 cup of strawberries and slice them into thin pieces. Set aside.
Assemble Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, add the washed spinach and sliced strawberries. Gently toss to combine.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle 1 cup of blue cheese crumbles and 1 tablespoon of pine nuts over the salad mixture.
Dress Salad

Add Dressing
Drizzle 1 cup of raspberry vinaigrette dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
