Prepare the Chicken

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

Add the fettuccine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
