Chicken Marinade

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag or cover the dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for best flavor.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Toast the Ciabatta Buns
Cut the ciabatta buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Build the Sandwich
Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each ciabatta bun. Layer with lettuce, grilled chicken breast, crispy bacon, and sliced tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
