Artichoke Dip

Prepare the Ingredients
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add Remaining Ingredients
Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley until well mixed.

Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Roll out the Flatbread
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle.

Cook the Flatbread
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
