Artichoke Dip

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley until well mixed.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Flatbread

  1. 5

    Make the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

  2. 6

    Knead the Dough

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  3. 7

    Roll out the Flatbread

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle.

  4. 8

    Cook the Flatbread

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
