Prepare Tuna Mixture

Prepare Guajillo Peppers
Remove the stems and seeds from the guajillo peppers. Soak them in hot water for about 15 minutes until they are softened.

Chop Shallot and Olives
Finely chop the shallot and Kalamata olives, and set aside.

Blend Tuna Mixture
In a food processor, combine the softened guajillo peppers, canned tuna (drained), chopped shallot, Kalamata olives, and capers. Blend until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
Prepare Tostada Base

Season Tlayuda
Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste on each side of the cooked tlayuda.
Assemble Tostada

Top with Tuna Mixture
Spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture on top of each crispy tlayuda.

Serve
Cut the tlayudas into wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy your Tuna Tostadas!
