Season the Beef
Rub the beef belly with salt, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder on all sides.

Slow Cook
Place the seasoned beef belly in a slow cooker. Pour the beef broth over the top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Beef
Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and let it cool slightly. Shred the beef using two forks.

Prepare the Onions
While the beef is cooking, finely chop the onion and set aside.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Serve
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos before eating.
