Method

Prepare the Soda Base

    Mix Carbonated Water and Sugar

    In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of carbonated water with 1 cup of sugar. Stir gently until the sugar is fully dissolved.

    Add Flavoring Syrup

    Pour in 0.5 cups of your desired flavoring syrup (such as cola, cherry, or vanilla) into the mixture. Stir well to combine.

    Incorporate Citric Acid

    Add 1 tsp of citric acid to the mixture to enhance the flavor and provide a slight tang. Stir until fully combined.

    Add Food Coloring

    If desired, add 2 drops of food coloring to achieve the desired color for your soda. Mix gently to distribute the color evenly.

Serve the Soda

    Prepare Glasses

    Take a glass and add ice cubes to it based on your preference. You can also add fresh fruit slices or mint leaves for extra flavor.

    Pour Soda

    Pour the prepared soda mixture into the glass over the ice and fruit. Fill the glass to your desired level.

    Garnish and Enjoy

    Garnish with additional mint leaves or fruit slices on top if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade soda!
