Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Watermelon
Start by cutting the watermelon in half. Use a large spoon or melon baller to scoop out the flesh and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
- 2
Add Chamoy
Pour the chamoy sauce over the watermelon pieces in the bowl. Gently toss the watermelon until all pieces are well-coated with the chamoy.
- 3
Squeeze Lime
Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice of one half over the watermelon and chamoy mixture. Reserve the other half for garnishing.
- 4
Add Valentina
Drizzle the Valentina hot sauce over the watermelon mixture, adjusting the amount to taste. Toss gently to combine.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the chamoy watermelon to a serving platter or individual bowls. Garnish with lime wedges from the reserved half and enjoy immediately.
