Method

Preparation of Banana Milk Foam

  1. 1

    Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine 1 medium banana, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.

  2. 2

    Strain and Froth

Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing gently to extract the liquid. Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the strained milk until you achieve a creamy foam.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 3

    Combine Liquors

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Palante Anejo Rum, 1 oz of Primo Aperitivo, and 1 oz of Borghetti Espresso Liqueur.

  2. 4

    Shake and Strain

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds, then strain it into a glass filled with ice.

  3. 5

    Add Cold Brew

Pour 4 oz of cold brew coffee into the glass over the strained liquor mixture.

Assembling the Drink

  1. 6

    Top with Banana Milk Foam

Spoon the banana milk foam on top of the cold brew coffee and liquor mixture, allowing it to float.

  2. 7

    Garnish (Optional)

Optionally, garnish with a banana slice or coffee beans for a decorative touch.
