Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fusilloni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

  2. 2

    Cook the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the chopped mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked fusilloni pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms. Toss to combine. If the mixture seems dry, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached. Stir in chopped hazelnuts and fresh thyme.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the pasta and top with torn burrata cheese. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and additional black pepper if desired. Enjoy!
