Prepare the Steaks
Remove the filet mignon steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Season the Steaks
Rub the steaks with olive oil, and season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat, about 450°F (232°C).

Grill the Steaks
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Butter
During the last minute of grilling, add a tablespoon of butter on each steak and close the grill lid to melt the butter.

Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the grill, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Mince the Garlic
While the potatoes are cooking, peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot. Add the minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
