    Prepare the Ingredients

    Chop the onion, scallions, and tomatoes. Slice the mushrooms and clean the seafood.

    Cook the Broth

    In a large pot, bring the water or seafood broth to a boil. Add the chopped onion and Thai chili paste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, and sugar snap peas to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
