Thai Squid Recipe
Crispy fried squid, stir fried with chili thai sauce. Then seasoned with salt and pepper and served over rice.

Directions
Prepare the Rice
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside and keep warm.
Prepare the Squid
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Dredge the squid rings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Fry the Squid
In a large pan or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the coated squid rings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Stir Fry with Sauce
In a separate large pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the fried squid and Thai chili sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
Serve the spicy squid over the cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
