1. Prepare the Ingredients
Gather and prepare all the ingredients. Clean the mussels and clams, peel and devein the shrimp, and chop the chicken and vegetables.
2. Sauté the Protein
In a large paella pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy. Then add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
